What is a digital twin ?
A digital twin is a complete virtual replica of your building, created from ultra-precise 3D laser scans. Unlike simple photos or plans, it allows you to freely navigate through spaces, take measurements and collaborate — all from your web browser.
Powered by NavVis IVION, the global leader in immersive virtual tours for the AEC industry. The point cloud can be exported in universal E57 format for integration into your software (Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD…).
Included with your as-built plans
The virtual tour is automatically included in every as-built plans mission (Classic & Premium). You can also request it separately for your specific projects.

Is the virtual tour included with as-built plans?
Yes, the virtual tour and digital twin are included in our Classic and Premium as-built plans. Access is guaranteed for 12 months.
Can I order just the virtual tour?
Absolutely. The virtual tour can be ordered independently. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Do I need to install specific software?
No. The digital twin is accessible from any standard web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No plug-in or download required.
How precise are the measurements in the virtual tour?
Measurements benefit from the same precision as our LiDAR scans: 6mm. You can measure distances, heights and areas with great reliability.
Can the point cloud be exported?
Yes, the digital twin's point cloud can be exported in E57 format, a universal format compatible with most CAD and BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD…).
What happens after the 12 months of access?
You can renew your subscription to continue accessing the digital twin. Data remains available and can be updated with new scans.
